Bespoke Information, Advice & Solutions Limited (BIAS) has evolved out of a 20+ years quest to discover the factors involved in creating, maintaining and enhancing an Effective Online Presence for small businesses and entrepreneurs.

I am BIAS Founder and Director Nick Everest, and I have a 40+ years background in heavy mechanical engineering, project management and (bizarrely?) healthcare and the travel industry. I have also been actively involved in owning or consulting with small businesses in the transport; travel; photographic; digital marketing; hearing care and beauty sectors.

Although until recently I had not worked as what could loosely be termed an “IT professional” I have had many years of serious cross-pollination with IT experts whilst working on the IT aspects of various projects I have been involved in.

I have used, and been interested in the development of the Internet since the 1990s.

I believe that the sum of my varied experiences taken with my innate attitudes and perceived integrity make me an ideal consulting partner to entrepreneurs and businessmen who simply do not have the time or the in-house resources to effectively tackle the Establishment, Maintenance and Enhancement of their own Effective Online Presence in today’s Internet orientated, data driven business environment.

My 20+ years’ quest has involved researching; learning; doing (and failing); and generally becoming familiar with how Digital Marketing works; how and why it sometimes doesn’t work; and assimilating a wide ranging knowledge of tools and techniques which actually do help the average entrepreneur or small business owner succeed.

During this journey I have come to realise that there is massive scope for helping busy small business owners to do that which they don’t have the time or the expertise to do for themselves.

After all, if you are a butcher; a baker; a candlestick maker; a plumber; a carpenter; a roofer; a beautician; a therapist – whatever your profession or trade, if you are a one person band or part of a small business you must obviously concentrate on using your hard won skills to generate the revenue you need. Anything else is an overhead – often to be avoided like the plague if possible!!

With so much business moving online since the arrival of Covid-19 there has NEVER been a time when an EFFECTIVE ONLINE PRESENCE has been more important – for almost ALL types of Business.
