Refund and Digital Download Policy
This policy applies to digital publications purchased directly from Real Life Press through this website.
Digital Downloads
Digital publications are supplied electronically following successful payment.
Where a digital product is made available for immediate download, you will be asked during checkout to agree that supply may begin immediately and to acknowledge that, once the download begins, you lose your statutory 14-day right to cancel the purchase.
If the digital content has not yet been supplied, any statutory cancellation rights that still apply will remain unaffected.
Faulty or Incorrect Digital Products
We want every Real Life Press publication to be supplied correctly and in a usable form.
If a digital publication is faulty, corrupted, materially different from its description, or you are unable to access the file supplied to you, please contact us and we will investigate the problem.
Where appropriate, we will provide a replacement download, correct the problem, or provide another remedy in accordance with your statutory consumer rights.
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights you may have under UK consumer law.
Change-of-Mind Refunds
Because digital publications are supplied electronically and can normally be accessed immediately after purchase, we do not normally offer refunds simply because a customer changes their mind after downloading or accessing the product.
This does not affect your legal rights where digital content is faulty, not as described, or otherwise fails to meet the requirements of applicable consumer law.
Duplicate or Accidental Purchases
If you believe you have accidentally purchased the same product more than once, please contact us promptly.
Where our records confirm a genuine duplicate transaction, we will normally refund the duplicate payment.
Problems Accessing a Download
If you complete a purchase but do not receive your download link, or if the link does not work, please contact us before making another purchase.
Please include your name, the email address used when ordering and, where available, your order number so that we can locate the transaction.
Refund Method
Where a refund is agreed, it will normally be returned using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
The time taken for the refunded amount to appear in your account may depend on your bank, card provider or payment provider.
